Brilliant service, the staff are warm, friendly and extremely attentive, There was a mix up with the booking and they still managed to find us a seat. The drinks were really interesting and delicious, as was the food and I'd thoroughly recommend a night out there. Cool but unpretentious, laid back relaxed and cosy!

Felt very welcomed. We had an extra guest joining us later who we didn't originally book for. The little yellow door were very accommodating. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. We enjoyed the food and tea.

"The Little Yellow Door" is a lovely fancy warming place, where you can enjoy music and chicky cocktails. The atmosphere is really warm and enjoyable. However, the bar service hasn't been appreciate at all, unfortunately. A week ago I booked a table for 5 people, which became eight with time. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding on the events "The Little Yellow Door" offers and we couldn't have our table for the time I booked. We came back at 10Pm and the receptionist was so kind to give us the prive' room. Unfortunately, customers had continuously interrupted us insisting in sitting down with us, which hasn't been appreciated at all. Moreover, one of the bartender, who we discover is the manager of the place, has been very rude with us all night. He didn't just want to serve our drinks because we were too many for him, he SLAPPED my bestfriend hand because her hand accidentally touched the lemons, while an other girl just grabbed a lime and put it back and he didn't say anything. If he doesn't want customers to touch his ingredients, by the way, the top front bar is not the right place where to keep them, especially when is busy time and people just push each other towards the bar. If it's true he is the manager, it's just a shame for such a beautiful local with very friendly staff having such disrespectful and rude person as a manager. There are seven years that I'm working in Hospitality and this was a horrible example of service. I spent almost £200 in this place, for having such a bad experience. Me and my friends agree with this, never ever again!

The service was not good. The waiter was rude to some of my party when they tried to order food. He was aggressive and actually made my party so uncomfortable that some left. Totally unacceptable. We saw a rat run across the floor. We were not given 241 cocktails as was offered when i booked - perhaps this should have been made clear the the offer ran out at 7pm but nobody let me know. The waiter offered us a free shot at the end of the night as an apology but overall the experience was not the birthday I had wished for.
